1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Dreamixel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.
2. Permitted Use & Commercial Rights
You may use images generated on Dreamixel for personal, editorial, and commercial purposes, provided you do not misrepresent AI-generated artwork as real human photography or use them for illegal activities.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You strictly agree not to submit prompts intended to produce child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content, graphic violence, harassment, hate speech, or automated scraping that disrupts our servers.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. Dreamixel does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that output will be error-free.
